Very beautiful customizations. 💖Now that you have used both of your regular sized TNs for some months, how do you find the zipper pocket in the front - is it too bulky when you write in an insert? And do you find the zipper pocket too heavy or bulky in your purse? I am considering getting almost the same customizations as you except that I will request a secretarial pocket inside at the right instead of the card holder pocket. I plan to use the TN for daily planning and notes during work and not as a wallet. But I am worried that the zipper pocket will be too bulky when I write on the left side in an insert or too heavy or big to take with me. What is your experience? 😊

I'll be going with the Weeks for personal planning for 2025. I've been using the Weeks this year for the first time, and it's the first planner that I've been committed to in my life. I've got mine in a Moterm planner that I use as my EDC wallet. I'm like you with work. I use the ReMarkable as well for all of my notes and things. I hand write everything then convert it to typed so that my notes are searchable.

Have u ever thought of a sterling ink common planner. U could eliminate the blank pages u skip.

As someone who uses successfully a cousin with a weeks (cousin is a diary, journal, common place - all at once and the weeks is purely functional), the cousin is definitely not a replacement for the weeks. You won’t be able to do any of the daily/weekly logging you did in the weeks with the cousin, things get lost in there + if you’re already struggling to fill daily pages in it you will continue to struggle next year. You could try a weeks mega where you’d condense everything you used the weeks for but simpler and less detailed. Use the back pages for anything that doesn’t fit in the weekly view. And maybe get an a6 if you just want something to stick things inside and write a little bit if you feel like it, it’s way less intimidating than the cousin and more compact.

I’m in the same spot as you right now. I have a TN cover I want to use since I spent the money on it, so I was going to go the TN inserts for 2025. But the Hobo Weeks 😩. I bought a butt tonne of date covers this year and will feel just as guilty if I don’t use them. Plus the Tomoe River paper. Aagh I’m so conflicted. First world problems I know but the anxiety is real people 😂 good luck with your final decision ❤

I love Lego. Started as a gift from my brother in December 2023 and fast forward to now I have accumulated quite a collection. It's a good problem to have 😂 I agree it takes your mind off everything and is very relaxing ❤

I love Legos!! This is such a cute set! Its so nice to see that these worlds collide for others. I love the camera and have build it. Its so cute!!! I just put up some shelves to accomodate my builds because I have become obsessed over the years! Rivendell set is my all time favorite! So fun.

Does the heat from the hair dryer damage electronics?

I have a Canon Selphy QX10 but based on the store sellers i have ordered the type of the film and paper, for canon CP1500 which is Bigger do you think those inks and papers will work for my printer ?

Wbat a beautiful set. Do you find when you use the leayher conditioner, the TNs become more shiny? I want to condition mine but dont want it to lose the matte finish.

Recently I have sewed a few patches on a TN with my sewing machine. It was crying during the process 😂 But worked really well, they are attached quite safely. Next time, if you want to try out placement on a TN, you can use a strip of washi that’s folded in on itself to attach a patch temporarily. Especially useful if you want to sew it on, as it won’t move as much. It takes a bit of colour off the TN but nothing that a bit of conditioner won’t fix if you want to place it on a different area. Most of the time our first instinct is the best though and I love that you just went for it! Thanks for sharing your process, I love watching these videos 💌

They are good if you have issues with your hands like arthritis.

Loved Atomic Habits, it took me a few attempts to get into it. I consumed the book by reading physical book and listening to audiobooks earlier in the year. I’m revisiting physical book at the moment and am going to try annotating it incorporating a notebook.

Beautiful patch and charms. Is your foiling coming off of your notebook? It looks like it but it could be just dust particles that I see on the front cover. I am babying mine at the moment so it lives in the dust-jacket that it arrived in. I love the 1.61 folders but I cannot do without the pen loop and the card pockets that I get with the Galen Leather tn inserts.

I just changed my medical journal to the tn this year and it works really well. I did get the vertical and I like the horizontal better. Next year that is what I’m changing to. I tried the passport, but it doesn’t have enough room to write everything I need. I’m jealous of all of your beautiful accessories for your notebooks. I don’t even have one charm on mine. I want a Sakura charm.
